I told myself I needed to make a post every week, so I can officially use this as my journal. Well the only thing I've been up to lately is getting ready for my annual Oscar party. I LOVE the Academy Awards...I have a few dream jobs and one of them would be to be a movie critic. many over the years, including a New Year's Eve party for 50+ people. I wouldn't do that again, unless it was on someone else's budget!
I've been trying to get this party together before school starts up again on the 19th, so that's what has been occupying my time. This year we are doing something different, I'm asking everyone to dress in "evening" wear...ie fun, girly pajamas. So far everyone seems to be on board with the idea. I think I'm all set for the most part, so after the nominations come out I will mail out the invites and I shouldn't have anything else to do until that weekend!

I was just down to the Party Palace in Pocatello, and they had the greatest decorations, for a party like that. You probably have something like that in Boise. I love finding decorations for stuff like that. It's my Sister-in-law that likes the planning part. I love the "evening wear" idea. I still look for the light up ice cubes you had for a party you did at your moms a few years ago.
Oh wow, the blog book looks so great. I remember that pink hat picture from your New Orleans trip...pretty fancy.
