Just a little busy

I'm exhausted and my house is suffering. This is my weekly schedule for tne next few months.

Mon - Work 6 AM-3:30 PM
Tues - Work 6 AM - 2:30 PM - School 3:15 - 4:30 PM
Wed - Work 5 - 11:30 AM - School (at elementary school) - 12 - 3 PM School 6 - 8 PM
Thurs - Work 6 AM - 2:30 PM - School 3:15 - 4:30 PM
Fri - Work 6 AM - 3:30 PM
Sat and Sun volunteering at Good Samaritan Hospital for class - hours to be determined

This does NOT include homework, eating, driving, waking up, going to bed, showering, etc. Needless to say cleaning my house is totally at the bottom of the barrel of things to do...and it shows!

Also volunteering at the Good Samaritan Hospital is going to be a struggle. I was there last night for an orientation and I definitely was not comfortable. Basically it's a nursing home and I have a hard time seeing people in those places. It's very sad to see and it's difficult for me. I admire the people who work in those places and take of long term care patients. We will see how it goes.

What are you majoring at school if I may ask? Just reading that schedule made me tired. ;)

It sounds like my schedule. Rick accuses me of only visiting him at home instead of living here. I sub at the Temple usually twice a week besides doing my own shift. My Primary activities and life add up to a lot of being gone. This last 2 weeks, I only had one day that I was home. This week isn't looking good either. I was home most of Monday until I went Visiting Teaching in the afternoon. Yesterday, was Grandma's birthday. I visited her and Stephanie. I'm subbing today and tomorrow and Friday is my normal shift. Saturday, we're celebrating Heather's youngest son's birthday and the High Priest group is celebrating Valentine's Day in the evening with a supper. Sunday, I'm giving my talk in Sacrament Meeting again-in a different Ward. I had started making a new dress for the Temple. It got put on the back burner.
I agree with you, seeing people in Nursing Homes is hard. I must admit since Grandpa & Grandma have spent some time there, I have a new attitude towards them. I do so appreciate the workers that are there for the RIGHT REASONS. They truly do make the difference for these people.

I feel the same way Sausha. Those places have always made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I love doing service to help those in need, but it is a bit hard there for some reason.
