This is my 4th week with the trainer and it's going well. The first few days I hurt all over, but now things are better.
This is what I do:
Tues and Thurs 2 hours
1st hour cardio by 1+ mile on the elliptical then 1+ mile around the track then 1+ mile on the treadmill
2nd hour kettle bells
Sat 1 hour - 1 mile on treadmill then varies circuit training

Glad your workouts are going well. I know it takes discipline and determination to be physically healthy - something I don't always have a lot of. We are cheering for you.
