Here I am at 6:15 in the AM. The path of of a Pocket Ninja is long and hard; full of challenge and something lint screws up the plan.
To embark long journey, I needed a hearty meal, which was purchased in Pendleton, Or.
It came time to fuel my mule, aka a Chevy Malibu. Did you know Oregon has one of the dumbest laws I’ve ever heard of?! You aren’t allowed to pump your own gas!! Seriously! The young woman stopped me in my tracks and I said, “I have to pump your gas.” My response - “Ninja what?!”
Look, Mt. Hood!
I didn’t think I had to worry about vampires this far south, but hark one snuck up on me in full sunlight. I need to hone my ninja skills!
He was being escorted by a group of enthusiastic twihards from Japan.
We finally made it to Portland and decided it wasn’t the scenic town we were looking for, so we left and end up in Tilamook. Yes, the same Tilamook as the famed Tilamook Cheese. So you can guess what that means…Lovely cow smell.
Tilamook and more adventures to follow tomorrow.

My husband, kids, and I have traveled that Oregon trek you are taking. We have spent many days in Tillamook--I hope you enjoy your adventures. I did not know you lived in Hermiston. That is where my husband grew up until his junior year of high school...crazy. :)
Wow, no gas pumping...that would be nice in Jan!
Love that the twihards were toting Edward around!
I think my fav pic is of u and ur hashbrown, although the falls are nice too. :)
Yes the house looks much different....I wish I could have seen the backyard....I spent many hours building stairs up the hill which was half of the backyard. The landscaping now looks great. Sounds as though ninja is experiencing a fun time and the falls are beautiful. Looking forward to more adventures.
